Combination of baling and wrapping process in one operation. This machine ideal way of compacting different sort of materials like maize, sugar beetpulp, sawdust, animal feeds, chopped grass and straw and other organic fibre products.

Our baler wrapper silage baler / wrapper compactor machine is optimized for minimum operating costs. It is particularly suitable for the production of maize bales.

55x60cm/ 90x100cm/ 110x120cm round bales are ideal for horse owners and small farmers. Depending on the type of material, whether fresh or dry, the bale weight will vary between 80 kg and 1000 kg. In this case, the machine model to be used should be selected appropriately.

It is an ideal product for easy storage and transport of corn bales or other compatible products. It eliminates the need for expensive silos and high investments.

Our silage packing will do between 30-60 bales per hour and can be totally operated through a monitor and control the whole wrapping sequence.

The baler is also equipped with a conveying system inside the hopper, which ensures a more regular feeding of the baler. This is an integrated combination with a return

system that puts potential losses back into the bunker.
