Dovetail / U-Frame / Line Load / Bottom Twist-Lock

Dovetail bottom twistlock (also called U frame twist-lock, bottom twist lock, line load twistlock or sliding twist-lock) is produced as 45° and 55° options (product is only available in as LEFT direction in our stocks. "Single dovetail twist lock foundation / deck socket" is considered as a separate product and will be priced extra). It is an industry standard twist-lock used to secure ISO containers to steel structures. Dovetail / U frame twist-lock also cast-in plates manual operated to open and close the unit twist-locks that are for the safe and easy securing of bottom containers.

The dovetail twist lock is made of cast and forged steel and is hot dip galvanized. Dovetail twist lock is generally using with deck socket / mounting bracket that “AE-B1 single dovetail twist lock foundation / deck socket” is made of cast steel and is coated with a weldable primer.

Dovetail container lashing twist lock longitudinal or transverse dovetail twist locks and deck welded foundations for the safe and easy fixing of bottom containers to hatch covers and holds where a raised socket may cause obstruction.
